STS DTF Ink Cartridges are USA-manufactured, professional-grade direct-to-film inks formulated specifically for the STS VJ-628D and XPJ-1682D Mutoh-based DTF printers. These are NOT the same as STS XPD2 cartridges used in the XPD-924D — confirm your printer model before ordering. Each 500ml cartridge uses STS’s advanced degassing technology to eliminate micro-bubbles, paired with encapsulated resin and nano-pigment chemistry that delivers high color density, a wide gamut, and printhead-safe stable jetting for production environments.

Key Features
STS uses a proprietary degassing process to remove dissolved gases and micro-bubbles from the ink before packaging. Micro-bubbles in ink channels cause intermittent jetting failures, banding, and printhead stress that shortens head life. Degassed ink jets cleanly and consistently.
Encapsulated resin with nano-pigment technology delivers high color density and a wide color gamut. Vibrant, saturated CMYK output and an opaque, film-building white for bright results on both light and dark garments.
The encapsulated resin chemistry protects printhead nozzles from pigment particle wear. Combined with the STS printhead warranty (registration required), this ink system is built for long-term production reliability.
Prints made with STS DTF inks maintain vibrant color and strong adhesion through repeated wash and dry cycles when properly cured with compatible STS TPU powder.
Manufactured in the USA with batch-level color consistency control. ICC profiles are available for supported printers to help dial in accurate color reproduction.
