CCI Part C Emulsion Remover – For Automatic Screen Reclamation Systems

Printers Choice

CCI Part C Emulsion Remover is a high-performance emulsion removal solution engineered specifically for automatic screen reclamation systems. Designed to be used in conjunction with CCI Part A, this advanced formula completes a powerful two-part reclaiming system that removes ink and emulsion simultaneously—dramatically reducing reclaim time, labor, and chemical usage.

Formulated for use in inline reclaim machines, recirculating systems, and automated washout equipment, CCI Part C immediately breaks down photopolymer, diazo, and capillary film emulsions without excessive scrubbing or soaking. Its high solvency and low-foam characteristics allow reclaim systems to operate efficiently and consistently, even in high-volume production environments.

CCI Part C is tough on emulsion but safe on all mesh types. The low-odor, non-hazardous, and biodegradable formulation supports a safer work environment while remaining drain-safe when used according to local regulations. Built with sustainability and performance in mind, it contains no APEO or NPEO surfactants, making it a responsible choice for modern screen printing shops.

Directions for Mixing CCI Part A Ink Remover and Part C Emulsion Remover Concentrate – Standard Dilution:

Step 1: Gather Materials:

  • CCI Part A Ink Remover (30 gallons)
  • CCI Part C Emulsion Remover Concentrate (1 quart)
  • Clean and labeled containers or mixing vessels for each component
  • Measuring utensils (graduated cylinders or measuring spoons)

Step 2: Measure Part A Ink Remover: Using a measuring utensil or a graduated cylinder, carefully measure 30 gallons of CCI Part A Ink Remover into a clean and labeled container. Ensure accurate measurements to achieve the desired mixture.

Step 3: Measure Part C Emulsion Remover Concentrate: Using a separate measuring utensil, measure 1 quart of CCI Part C Emulsion Remover Concentrate into another clean and labeled container. Again, accuracy in measurements is essential for the correct dilution.

Step 4: Mixing the Dilution:

  • Slowly pour the measured 1 quart of Part C Emulsion Remover Concentrate into the container with 30 gallons of Part A Ink Remover.
  • Stir the mixture thoroughly using a stir stick or a mixing utensil to ensure complete blending of Part A and Part C. Continue stirring until the two components are fully combined, resulting in a uniform solution.

Step 5: Measure and Add Water: Using a measuring utensil, carefully measure 69.75 gallons of water. Slowly pour the measured water into the container with the mixed Part A and Part C solution. Stir the mixture again to ensure the water is evenly distributed throughout the solution, creating the standard dilution.

Step 6: Ready for Use: The mixed standard dilution of CCI Part A Ink Remover and Part C Emulsion Remover Concentrate is now ready for use in your screen cleaning and reclaiming process.

Note: Always follow the manufacturer’s instructions and safety guidelines when mixing and using chemical products. Wear appropriate protective equipment, such as gloves and eye protection, during the mixing and application process. Properly dispose of any unused or excess mixture in accordance with local regulations.
