Capillary Films

Capillary film (also called direct film) produces the sharpest, most uniform screen printing stencils possible — sharper than liquid emulsion alone. A pre-made sheet of photosensitive emulsion you apply to a wet screen, producing perfectly even stencil thickness every time. Ideal for fine line work, high-detail halftones, and CMYK process printing where consistent emulsion over mesh (EOM) is critical. No scoop coater needed.
