STS Inks 500ml DTF Ink Cartridges are USA-manufactured, professional-grade direct-to-film inks formulated specifically for Epson-based DTF printers using Epson printheads. Designed for stable jetting, rich color output, and long-term reliability, these inks deliver consistent, repeatable results for high-production DTF environments.

Each cartridge is degassed to eliminate micro-bubbles, improving ink flow and reducing printhead stress. The advanced encapsulated resin with nano-pigment technology protects printheads while producing high color density, wide color gamut, and strong saturation—ideal for vibrant DTF transfers that hold up wash after wash when properly cured.

STS DTF inks are batch-controlled for color consistency, backed by a 1-year shelf life, and supported by the STS printhead warranty (registration required). ICC profiles are available for supported printers to help dial in accurate color reproduction.

To ensure maximum freshness, these inks drop ship directly from the manufacturer in Florida.
