How to Install CCI Top Bond PolyGrip:

  1. Prepare the Pallet:
    • Clean the surface thoroughly to remove dust, lint, and any adhesive residue.
    • Ensure the pallet is completely dry before applying PolyGrip.
  2. Measure & Trim (if needed):
    • If PolyGrip is larger than your pallet, trim it to size using a utility knife or scissors.
  3. Apply PolyGrip:
    • Peel back a small section of the adhesive backing and align PolyGrip with the front edge of the pallet.
    • Slowly press down while peeling away the backing, smoothing out any air bubbles as you go.
  4. Secure & Press:
    • Use a squeegee or roller to firmly press the PolyGrip onto the pallet surface.
    • Ensure all edges are securely adhered to prevent lifting.
  5. Start Printing:
