The Vastex E-2000 (25×36) is a production LED exposure unit with an LCD touchscreen and up to 10 saved presets, plus a powerful ring-blower vacuum that draws the screen down in just 4–6 seconds. Six 30″ high-output LED bars expose a 24″×36″ image on screens up to 25″×36″, as fast as metal halide at about 20% the power. Any emulsion, 50,000+ hour LEDs, slim enough to mount on a drying cabinet. 120V or 240V.

What is the Vastex E-2000 (25×36)?

A production LED exposure unit with six high-output LED bars, an LCD touchscreen with presets, and a ring-blower vacuum that draws screens down in 4–6 seconds.

What do the presets do?

You can save up to 10 exposure recipes (by emulsion/mesh) so any operator taps one and gets a perfect, repeatable burn — no guesswork.

How fast is the vacuum?

The ring blower pulls the blanket down in just 4–6 seconds for tight contact — much faster than pump-style draw-down.

How is it different from the E-200?

The E-200 uses a vacuum-pump lid and one-touch timer. The E-2000 adds a touchscreen with presets, a faster ring blower, and bigger, higher-output light bars.

Can it expose two screens at once?

This model exposes one screen up to 25×36. The E-2000 52×36 exposes up to 52×36 or two 25×36 screens together.

What emulsions can it expose?

Any emulsion, and it resists plastisol, water-based and solvent inks.
