True Forced-Air Curing

Active airflow drives moisture out of water-based, discharge, and DTG inks. The physics that infrared-only dryers can’t replicate.

7,250W or 12,000W Output

Choose the 24″ belt (7,250W) for small-to-mid production, or the 36″ belt (12,000W) for heavy water-based prints, athletic poly inks, and DTG digital white in one pass.

Dual-Zone Heat Control

Two independent zones let you ramp fast and dwell at cure temperature. Maintains within ±5°F accuracy.

Powered Exhaust System

Actively vents steam and fumes. Critical for water-based, discharge, and DTG production. Better print quality, safer shop.

Why Forced Air

Water leaves ink as steam. IR-only dryers heat the ink but trap the steam against the print. Forced air physically removes that moisture.

Single-Pass Curing

Without forced air, water-based and discharge prints typically need 2 passes. The Forced Air dryer cures them in one pass at full belt speed.

Power Requirements

Hardwired direct connection — circuit size depends on model. 24″ single-phase needs 30A @ 240V, 24″ three-phase 18A, 36″ single-phase 50A, 36″ three-phase 29A. Plan for an electrician install; equipment financing makes the install cost manageable.

Best Ink Type

Water-based, discharge, DTG digital white in a single pass. Plastisol cures with belt speed dialed up.

Best Press Pairing

Auto presses (Vastex Stryker, ROQ ECO, M&R Sportsman) or busy manual production lines doing water-based work.

Workflow Position

Dedicated production dryer. Plan for a dedicated 240V circuit sized to your chosen model (30A / 50A single-phase, or 18A / 29A three-phase), ventilation for the powered exhaust, and 8-10 ft of floor space.
