What emulsions work with the G-COAT 406S?

All of them. The G-COAT 406S works with any photopolymer (SBQ), diazo, dual-cure emulsion, and capillary film. Grünig has no proprietary emulsion requirement. Continue using whatever you currently stock from Chromaline, Murakami, Saati, or any other manufacturer.

What does ±1 micron repeatability actually mean in practice?

It means that every screen coated with the same program will have essentially identical emulsion thickness — the variation from screen to screen is within one millionth of a meter. In practice, this means your exposure times stop drifting, your halftone dots reproduce identically across jobs, your stencils last consistently, and repeat orders look the same as the original run.
