Instructions for Use – EasiSolv™ 400 Low VOC Haze Remover

Preparation
- Ensure the screen has been properly reclaimed of emulsion and ink prior to haze removal.
- Work in a well-ventilated washout booth with PPE (gloves and eye protection).
Application
- Apply EasiSolv 400 directly to both sides of the dry screen using a scrub brush or pad.
- Focus on ghost images, stains, and ink residues.
- Allow the gel to dwell for 2–5 minutes (do not let dry on screen).
Agitation
- Scrub both sides of the mesh thoroughly to break down stains.
- The polymer-infused gel improves scrubbing performance and clings for deeper cleaning.
Rinse
- Rinse the screen with low-pressure water to remove the majority of residue.
- Follow with a high-pressure rinse to fully clear the mesh.
Drying
- Place screen in a drying cabinet or clean area until fully dry before recoating with emulsion.
