Monarch ULT II White (MP8-0135) is a non-phthalate, ultra-low-temperature plastisol white built for 100% polyester and athletic/performance apparel. Monarch ULT II White — The Ultra-Low-Temp 100% Poly White

When the fabric is 100% polyester and the dye wants to bleed, you need the lowest cure and the best dye blocking you can get. ULT II cures as low as 270°F — keeping heat off the garment to prevent migration and shrinkage — with excellent bleed resistance, a soft, stretchable hand, and bright, high opacity. Short body, low tack, prints from the bucket. And it doubles as a hot-peel transfer ink.

Dialing In ULT II White

1. Print

Stir first. Print straight from the bucket through 86–156 mesh with an 80 durometer (or 70/90/70) sharp blade. On poly, drop to 110–125 mesh for a heavier deposit and better dye blocking.

2. Flash

Short, fast flash — just dry to the touch. Avoid over-flashing, which causes inter-coat adhesion problems.

3. Cure

Cure at 270–300°F (as low as 270°F). Run a stretch test after curing, and let shirts cool before stacking — hot dyes can gas onto the next garment.

Before You Run It

Go easy on additives. Modifiers and additives can reduce ULT II’s ability to stop dye migration and bleed — mix minimally and only in clean containers.
Cool before stacking. Let cured shirts cool before stacking — hot dyes can gas off and transfer onto the back of the next garment. Split into a few stacks.
Cure low, but cure fully. Cures as low as 270°F, but always run a stretch/fusion test. Higher end or longer dwell may be needed on cotton, heavy deposits, or heavy garments.
Pretest tricky fabrics. Not suitable for all nylon substrates — pretest. For severe migration on poorly dyed poly, print over a barrier base underlay.
