Directions For Use

1Mirror your design in your cutting software before cutting.

2Cut with the glossy carrier side down (matte adhesive up). Blade 45°/60°, force ~35-40 (Juliet 33-37), offset .250, speed 10.

3Weed away the excess vinyl with a weeder tool, leaving your design on the carrier.

4Preheat the garment for 2-3 seconds to remove moisture and wrinkles.

5Position the design and lay a heat transfer cover sheet over it — a cover sheet is required for Twinkle.

6Press at 305°F (150°C) for 15 seconds with medium/firm pressure. EasyPress users add ~30°.

7Peel warm — wait at least 15 seconds off the press, then peel the carrier slowly.

8Finish by covering with the sheet and re-pressing a few seconds for maximum durability.

Two must-dos for Twinkle: always use a cover sheet, and always peel warm (not hot or cold). Twinkle should be the top layer — do not press other vinyl on top of it. Works on 100% cotton, 100% polyester and cotton/poly blends.

How is Twinkle Navy different from glitter HTV?

Twinkle has a smooth, glossy PU surface with an intense reflective sparkle — brighter than standard glitter and far easier to cut and weep-free to weed, with no gritty texture.

What temperature and time do I press Navy Twinkle at?

Press at 305°F (150°C) for 15 seconds with medium/firm pressure, always under a cover sheet, then peel warm after waiting at least 15 seconds. EasyPress users add about 30°.

Do I need a cover sheet?

Yes — a heat transfer cover sheet is required every time you press Twinkle to protect the sparkle finish. Never press it uncovered.

Can I cut Navy Twinkle with a Cricut or Silhouette?
