Action Engineering Stahls’ Standard & Zipper Hoodie Platen Combo is a professional 16″ x 20″ heat press platen engineered to eliminate the challenges of printing hoodies with zippers, pockets, seams, and bulky fabric. Designed for serious apparel decorators, this all-in-one platen upgrade allows you to switch seamlessly between standard T-shirt production and complex hoodie applications without sacrificing pressure or print quality.

When applying DTF transfers, heat transfer vinyl (HTV), plastisol transfers, or sublimation prints, uneven garment surfaces can cause inconsistent adhesion and failed transfers. This platen isolates raised areas like zippers and pockets so your design receives even heat and pressure — resulting in cleaner prints, better durability, and fewer misprints.
