CCI SQ-1000 — Automated Squeegee & Flood-Bar Cleaning

Hand-cleaning squeegees and flood bars is tedious, messy work that adds up across a shift. The CCI SQ-1000 automates it. This air-operated system (40 PSI) uses a recirculation mechanism to circulate cleaning solution through your squeegees, flood bars and small-format screens, with an adjustable timer so you can dial in the cycle for the job. A built-in filter-pad tray extends the life of your cleaning chemicals, a perforated drain basket makes removing liquid easy, and the whole thing sits on a 15-gallon mobile holding tank of heavy-duty stainless steel (a polypropylene version is also available). Less labor, less chemical waste, and lower disposal costs.
