CCI ERS-2000 — Fully Automated Emulsion Removal

For high-volume shops, manual emulsion removal is the biggest bottleneck in the screen room. The CCI ERS-2000 eliminates it. This fully automated, continuous-feed reclaiming machine combines dual rotary brushes with adjustable RPM, reciprocating wash assemblies, and high-pressure water jets from 300 to 2700 PSI to mechanically strip emulsion, plus a proprietary chemical application system that reduces waste and a secondary de-haze feature for a final cleaning pass before a flood rinse. It reclaims over 600 screens per shift at 1–8 feet per minute, is built from heavy-duty stainless steel with a touch-screen LCD interface and an enclosed design, and is OSHA-compliant with emergency stops.
