Vastex V2000 Drop-Down Wheel Set (HD) is the heavy-duty drop-down caster that lets you roll a fully loaded V-2000 screen printing press across the shop, then lock it back down to a near-floor print height for production. Unlike standard casters that raise a press nearly 4″, drop-down wheels keep your press only ¾″ above a floor-standing press — so mobility never costs you ergonomics or print quality. Welded steel, rated to 500 lb per caster, bolts on with one bolt. Sold per leg — order one for each leg on your press.

Vastex V2000 Drop-Down Wheel Set — Move Your Press, Not Your Back

A multi-color V-2000 is heavy, and moving one on standard casters raises it almost 4″ off the floor — forcing operators to reach up while printing. The Vastex drop-down wheel set fixes that: roll the press freely when you need to, then drop the legs to the floor for a stable press that sits only ¾″ higher than a bolted-down unit. Genuine Vastex OEM part, welded high-strength steel, rated to 500 lb per caster.

Each leg gets its own drop-down wheel assembly. To move the press, engage the wheels so it rolls on swivel-locking casters. To print, disengage them so the leg foot returns to the floor and carries the load — giving you a stable, level, low-profile press for production and effortless repositioning between jobs.
