The ROQ Stack T-Shirt Stacking Machine (ROQSTACK) is an automatic stacking solution designed to neatly stack folded garments with speed and consistency in high-production apparel environments. Engineered to work connected and synchronized with the ROQFOLD, the ROQSTACK completes the finishing process by organizing folded garments into clean, uniform stacks—without manual handling.

Once integrated with the ROQFOLD, the ROQSTACK automatically receives folded garments and stacks them along its 2300 mm conveyor belt. The system is fully synchronized, ensuring smooth operation at matching speeds. If the conveyor becomes full, the ROQFOLD automatically stops, preventing pileups and maintaining orderly output.

All controls are managed through the ROQFOLD digital control panel, making the system extremely user-friendly. With a maximum production speed of up to 800 pieces per hour, the ROQSTACK is one of the fastest stacking solutions available, helping reduce labor, save time, and present finished garments in a clean, professional manner every time.
