The STS LUS-150 (1-Liter Bottle) is a flexible UV-LED ink replacement for Mimaki’s mid-generation production flatbeds and roll-to-roll UV printers. LUS-150 offers 1.5× the flexibility of conventional UV inks, making it resistant to post-curing cracking during routing or cutting. It is also used as the process ink for JFX200 setups that combine LUS-150 with LH-100 clear. Plug & Play from OEM LUS-150 — no line flush or color profile changes required.

LUS-150 is confirmed for: JFX200-2513, JFX200-2513 EX, JFX200-2531, JFX500-2131, UJV55-320, UJF-7151 plus, UJF-7151 plus II, UJF-6042 MkII, and UJF-6042 MkII e. If you have a UCJV300 series or older JFX-1615plus, check whether your printer uses LUS-170 or LF-140 instead.
LUS-120 is the most flexible and lowest-cost Mimaki UV ink, ideal for roll-to-roll banners and vinyl. LUS-150 offers balanced flexibility and adhesion — good for both rigid and flexible substrates, including routed pieces. LUS-170 is the premium flexible ink for the UCJV300 series, designed for vehicle wraps and high-stretch applications. They are not interchangeable between different printer generations.
