DTG Printing Process Overview
Apply pre-treatment to dark/cotton garments. Dry with heat press at 356°F for 35–45 seconds. Allow to cool.
Secure garment onto the Brother GTX platen. Smooth creases. Use the printer’s auto platen height adjustment.
Send design via Brother’s BES/BPT RIP software. Brother GTXpro B auto-detects nozzle health and corrects mid-run.
