Rhino HR2800 Haze Remover – Heavy-Duty Ghost & Stain Remover for Screen Printing

Instructions for Using Rhino 2800 Haze Remover:

1. Safety First: bold Wear eye protection and gloves throughout the entire process. Avoid contact with the skin to prevent any potential irritation or adverse reactions.
2. Mixing: Thoroughly shake or mix Rhino 2800 Haze Remover prior to using the product. This ensures uniformity and effectiveness.
3. Application: Apply HR2800 directly to both sides of the screen, starting from the center and working towards the sides in a circular fashion. The screen can be either dry or wet when applying the ghost remover. Due to its thick liquid consistency, it will stay where you put it on a wet screen.
4. Dwell Time: Allow the HR2800 Haze Remover to stand for approximately 3 to 5 minutes. This gives it enough time to penetrate and dissolve the embedded inks effectively.
5. Rinsing: To eliminate the image, first, rinse the screen with water and then follow up with a high-pressure washer. Begin from the bottom of the screen and work your way to the top, moving in a side-to-side motion. Make sure to power wash the screen from both sides to ensure complete removal of the haze.
6. Drying and Recoating: Once the screen has dried, it is ready to be recoated for your next job. If the screen was dried in a clean area, degreasing may not be necessary as HR2800 also acts as an excellent degreaser.
