The ROQPACK Automatic Packaging Machine is ROQ’s high-performance solution for fast, consistent, and labor-efficient garment bagging. Designed to streamline post-press finishing, the ROQPACK automatically packages a wide range of folded garments—including t-shirts, polos, sweatshirts, trousers, skirts, towels, and more—with speed and precision.

Using top and bottom plastic film reels, the ROQPACK forms and seals bags through a clean, reliable plastic welding process. Bags are sealed on the sides and bottom, leaving a fold-over flap at the top for professional, retail-ready presentation. The system supports unlimited packaging length, making it easy to accommodate different garment sizes and batch quantities without reconfiguration.

Built for high-output operations, the ROQPACK delivers impressive throughput of up to 1,200 pieces per hour when running standalone, or 700 pieces per hour when integrated with the ROQFOLD folding machine using a single operator. When paired with ROQFOLD, both machines are controlled through the ROQFOLD central console, creating a seamless, fully automated fold-and-pack workflow.
