The CCI EVO-TEX is built for shops that reclaim at scale. This high-speed, fully automated system removes ink and residue from screens on a continuous-feed conveyor, using dual rotary brushes with adjustable RPM for mechanical scrubbing, dual chemical application manifolds, and optical screen tracking for precise, automated cleaning. A closed-loop recirculation system reduces chemical waste while keeping cleaning effective, and it handles over 600 screens per shift at 1–8 feet per minute. Stainless steel construction, integrated PLC automation controls and a modular, expandable design make it a long-term production workhorse that accommodates multiple screen sizes without adjustments.
