EasyPrint White 301 prints through mesh counts up to 225/inch — the highest of any Matsui performance white ink.

• Kombat White, Acrylicon White, and Simple White all max out at 160 mesh.
• Stretch White and 301W-10-4 reach 150–180 mesh.

EasyPrint White achieves its high-mesh capability through a medium-opacity formulation that deposits a thinner, softer layer — ideal for fine detail and maximum softness on performance fabrics.

Can I use EasyPrint White on dark garments?

Yes, but understand EasyPrint White is medium-opacity by design.

On dark cotton: Use a print–flash–print technique for better coverage.

On dark polyester:

• Print an Under Base Blocker first
• Flash
• Then apply EasyPrint White

If you need maximum one-hit opacity, use Kombat White or Stretch White.

What mesh count should I use with EasyPrint White?

EasyPrint White prints through mesh counts up to 225/inch (89/cm).

• 200–225 mesh — Maximum detail and thinnest deposit
• 156–180 mesh — Balance of coverage and detail

Mesh count determines deposit thickness, opacity, and hand feel.

Is EasyPrint White good for athletic wear and Dri-Fit?

Yes. EasyPrint White was specifically designed for performance and high-stretch fabrics including Dri-Fit, polyester blends, and athletic garments.

Its elasticity allows the print to stretch with the fabric without cracking, and its thin deposit maintains moisture-wicking performance.

Do I need to adjust viscosity before printing?

No. EasyPrint White prints straight from the bucket.

If needed:

• Use RV Additive (1–3%) to thin
• Use Thickener B (0.25–1%) to thicken

What additives should I use with EasyPrint White?

For most jobs, use Quick Additive at 6–9%.

For individual control:

• Retarder MG (1–5%) — Open time
• Fixer WF-N (1–5%) — Wash fastness
• Softener MG (1–4%) — Fabric penetration

Can I mix custom colors with EasyPrint White?

Yes. Add up to 15% Matsui Neo Pigments to create custom colors while maintaining softness and elasticity.

What is the cure temperature?

• Cure at 320°F (160°C)
• Flash at 160°F (71°C)

Always verify garment surface temperature with a probe or heat strips.

Should I use EasyPrint White or Kombat White?

Choose EasyPrint White when you need:

• Fine detail (200+ mesh)
• Softest hand feel
• Thin, integrated deposit

Choose Kombat White when you need:

• Maximum brightness
• Maximum opacity
• One-hit coverage

Is EasyPrint White the same as 301W-B White?

No. 301W-B White (WS0537) is cotton-focused and prints up to 305 mesh.

EasyPrint White (WS0529) is designed for performance fabrics and prints up to 225 mesh with superior elasticity.

Does EasyPrint White work on cotton?

Yes. It prints well on 100% cotton and cotton/poly blends, offering a soft, lightweight white finish.
