SupaDTF Transfer — Single Image, 4″ × 4″
SupaDTF is Supacolor’s 100% digital Direct-to-Film transfer, built for flexibility and fast turnarounds. A custom digital white-ink process gives you brighter whites and vibrant CMYK color, a supa-soft feel, and no glue lines around the design. A lower-temperature adhesive means less risk of heat marks, so you can decorate cotton, blends, and plain (non-sublimated) polyester.
This 4″ × 4″ single-image transfer has no minimum — order one or a thousand. Left-chest logos, flat cap fronts, and pocket prints.

How to Apply Your SupaDTF Transfer

Set your heat press
Use a commercial heat press with adjustable, even pressure (around 40 PSI, medium/firm). Follow the temperature on the instruction sheet included with your order.

Position printed-side down
Place the transfer on the garment with the printed side facing down against the fabric. Align carefully and keep it clear of seams, pockets, and collars.

Press
Cover with a non-stick/parchment or Teflon sheet and press for about 8–12 seconds at the recommended temperature and pressure.

Cold peel
Wait for the transfer to cool completely, then peel the carrier off slowly and smoothly.

Post-press
Re-cover with Teflon or parchment and press again for 5–8 seconds to maximize wash durability.

How do I pick a size?

Cold peel
Let the transfer cool fully before peeling. Peeling hot can lift the design.
Not for sublimated poly
Don’t use on sublimated or patterned polyester or fabrics whose dye migrates — use a Blocker / Softshell Blocker transfer.

Can I print Pantone colors or metallics?
SupaDTF prints vibrant CMYK and gets close to most colors, but it does not do exact Pantone/PMS matching or metallics. If you need a precise brand-color match, choose the Wearable transfer.
