For Heat Press:

Preheat your garment for 2-3 seconds.
Apply the design at 305°F/150°C using medium pressure for 15 seconds.
Wait at least 15 seconds after pressing for a warm peel.

For Home Iron:

Set your iron dial between Cotton and Linen.
Cover the design with Kraft paper or a non-stick cover sheet.
Place it on a flat, hard surface (ironing board not recommended).
Apply medium/firm pressure without sliding the iron.
Press each section of the design for 10-15 seconds.
If any areas of the design lift after application, replace the cover sheet and re-press for 10 seconds.
