Geo Knight DK3 Digital Mug Press is a professional-grade, full wrap-around mug press engineered for commercial sublimation and transfer printing. Designed exclusively for pressing mugs, the DK3 delivers handle-to-handle, top-to-bottom image coverage with unmatched consistency and durability.

Capable of pressing images up to 5″ high and as close as 1/2″ from the handle (depending on mug size), the DK3 allows decorators to produce full-bleed sublimation mugs with precision. The press is fully adjustable to accommodate virtually all straight cylindrical mugs on the market — including 11 oz, 15 oz, 16 oz mugs, steins, and stainless steel travel mugs (not compatible with tapered latte mugs).

Built with a thick welded steel framework and a die-cast clamp assembly, the DK3 is designed for continuous, heavy-duty production use. The adjustable clamp delivers high pressure for demanding full-wrap transfers, while the soft heater liner helps compensate for slightly inconsistent or imperfectly straight mugs.

At the core of the DK3 is Geo Knight’s patented SuperCoil-Microwinding™ heater technology — embedded heating windings that provide extremely even heat distribution, rapid heat recovery, and fast warm-up times. Unlike presses that cycle down to low idle temperatures, the DK3 maintains consistent operating temperature for reliable production output.
