Vastex V1000 Mini Pallets — Small Format, Full Control

Some of the best add-on jobs come on items that won’t sit right on a shirt pallet — hood prints, apron chests, bandanas, golf towels, mesh shorts. Vastex V1000 Mini Pallets give you a compact, rigid surface sized for exactly that work. Never-warp steel keeps them flat, the elevated design lets you slide items on without stretching, and the quick-release mount with side ruler and neck guide keeps small prints accurate and repeatable. Two sizes cover a wide range of specialty pieces.

Why Mini Pallets

Forcing a small item onto a big pallet means fighting bunched fabric, poor registration and slow loading. A properly sized mini pallet gives the piece a flat, supported surface and a repeatable position, so small prints come out crisp and consistent — and you can take on specialty work you’d otherwise turn away. The same Vastex build quality (never-warp steel, replaceable top, quick-release mount) means these little platens hold up to production just like the big ones.
