When printing an underbase, mesh separation can lift the garment’s fibers, creating unwanted texture that reduces clarity and smoothness. By running a Roller Squeegee after your flash, the fibers are matted down, creating a clean, uniform surface. The result: sharper detail, smoother prints, and noticeably softer hand feel.

Every Roller Squeegee includes a PTFE sheet (shipped flat in the bottom of the box). When used together, the roller and PTFE sheet simulate the smoothing effect of a heat press directly on your press, helping you achieve exceptionally high-end finishes.

Using a Roller Squeegee With Your Own Frame

Each Roller Squeegee includes a PTFE sheet designed to work with your existing frame.

To install:

  1. Prepare a print-ready frame coated and dried on one side
  2. Peel the backing off the PTFE sheet
  3. Apply it to the underside of your frame
  4. For best durability, tape all four edges to secure it in place

This creates a perfectly smooth surface that enhances the roller’s performance and ensures consistent, professional results on press.
