  1. Preparation: Ensure the pallet surface is clean and free from any dust or debris. Cover the pallet with pallet tape or pallet mask, creating a smooth and even surface for applying the adhesive.
  2. Application: Shake the container of Printers Choice Thick Pallet Adhesive well before use. Apply a small amount of adhesive to the pallet by squeezing the bottle or using a brush. Start with a conservative amount and add more if needed.
  3. Even Distribution: Use an Ultimate Cleanup Card or a piece of cardboard to spread the adhesive evenly across the pallet surface. Ensure there are no thick or uneven spots, as a uniform layer provides the best adhesion.
  4. Tack Time: Allow the adhesive to tack up for a short period, usually a few seconds to a minute. The adhesive should be tacky to the touch but not wet or sticky.
